Frequently Asked Questions

Which customs procedures do you offer?

We handle all common customs procedures: import (release for free circulation), export, transit (T1, T2, TIR), bonded warehouse procedures, and inward/outward processing. We also offer EAC certification for goods destined for Russia, Belarus, or Kazakhstan.

In which languages do you provide consulting?

Our customs team advises you in German, English, and Russian. This is particularly advantageous for trade with Eastern Europe and the CIS countries, where we handle documentation and communication trilingually.

How are non-EU goods handled?

Non-EU goods can be stored duty-free in our bonded warehouse (Type T1) — without immediate liability for duties. Customs duties and import VAT only apply when goods are released for free circulation or forwarded. This gives you maximum flexibility.

What documents do I need for customs clearance?

Generally, we need the commercial invoice, packing list, and freight documents (B/L, CMR, or AWB). Depending on the procedure, additional documents may be required, such as certificates of origin, declarations of conformity, or veterinary certificates. We advise you in advance.
