2.General Information on Data Processing
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and this privacy policy. The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data.
3.Hosting
This website is hosted on a server located in Germany. The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Date and time of the request
- Address of the page accessed (URL)
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
- Browser and operating system used
- HTTP status code and amount of data transferred
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision and security of the website).
Retention period: Server log files are automatically deleted after no more than 14 days.
This data is not merged with other data sources.
4.Cookies
This website uses only a technically necessary session cookie required for the content management system to function. This cookie does not contain personal data and is automatically deleted when you close your browser.
Marketing, tracking or analytics cookies are not used. We do not use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) or social media plugins. All resources (fonts, scripts, images) are served locally from our own server — no requests are made to external servers.
Legal basis: § 25(2)(2) TDDDG (technically necessary cookie, no consent required).
5.Contact Form and Email Contact
When you contact us via the contact form or by email, your details (name, email address, message and, where applicable, phone number) are stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) where your enquiry is related to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Retention period: Your enquiry and associated data will be deleted once processing is complete and no statutory retention obligations apply — generally no later than 6 months, unless a contractual relationship arises.
Voluntary provision: Providing your data via the contact form is voluntary. However, without a valid email address we are unable to respond to your enquiry.
6.Recipients of Data
Your personal data is generally not disclosed to third parties. Exceptions exist only in the following cases:

- Legal obligation: Where we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. to law enforcement authorities).
No data is transferred to third countries (outside the EU/EEA).
